Not quite 18 yet but need to talk to my doctor about sex, will he report me or is it say to talk to him.?

I need to talk to my doctor about sex related issues between be and someone else but we haven't turned 18 yet. I know there is that whole pacient doctor confidentiality but how far does that protect me? I don't want to get reported for underage sex.
